The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan

 I decided to go back and read The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan and found it online at https://www.gutenberg.org/files/131/131-h/131-h.htm

There are also many download options, and versions for children, at one of my favorite free online reading sites. I am amazed to learn that it is the most published book in history after the Bible, and has always been in print since it was first published in 1678, or 343 years ago!

I'm recommending it to my granddaughter, along with CS Lewis's Mere Christianity as two books she should read before going off to college a few years from now.


Even though I read it more than 5 or 6 decades ago, it has come to mind many times over the years of my own 'progress'.
